Groomer’s Report - Friday 2/4/22

Good morning skiers! We have completed grooming the trails for skate and left classic from yesterday. Trails are in good shape and skiing faster with each passing day since the last snowfall. It is currently 21 degrees at 8 am after a low of 13. Yesterday’s high was 30. We have overcast skies and no new snow.

The 2nd annual Tour de Plain starts this weekend, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. This event is a fundraiser for the local youth Nordic team, the PVNT. It is a 5 race points series that is self timed. You can start at any time between 8 am and 4 pm. The first race is a 8 KM skate race. More info at skiplain.com/tourdeplain

Snowshoe trails are open and parking lots are plowed.

Caleb, Rob D, and Josiah, today’s groomers.
