About the Event

Nutritious and delicious farm fresh food nourishes our bodies, and food sharing among friends nourishes the soul and our community.   WildFlour works with a number of local farmers who provide fresh produce for the restaurant on a regular basis. Jenny Bourgeois from Snowgrass Farm and Katie Anderson from Fruited Plain Farm will be our guests to talk about their partnerships with WildFlour.   Snowgrass Farm features organic and sustainably grown diversified produce on two acres, and is located 11 miles north of Leavenworth on Little Chumstick Road.   Fruited Plain Farm, located on Beaver Valley Road, has organically grown orchard fruits, berries and veggies on about two acres.    Culinary Event Chef Ben will provide a cooking demonstration with focus on handmade pasta using seasonal farm ingredients and flavors.  Lunch will be served following the demonstration.

**Drop-In Registration is limited based on PVAW Summer Registrants' ability to attend events. Drop-In registration opens one week prior to events.
