Groomer’s Report - Saturday 3/4/23

Writer's picture: trailsmanagertrailsmanager

Good morning skiers! Another great day of skiing to be had out there! This morning we have light snow, 1" of new, and 31 degrees at 10:30 AM. The low was 24 and yesterday's high was 39. We have fresh skate grooming on all trails. Classic was left from yesterday. Today's picture is from the Stonewater area on a loop we call Tube Hill Loops. Trails are looking awesome!

Tomorrow, on Sunday, March 5th, there will be a short trail detour on the BCT due to a wedding that will be held at 2:45 - 3:45. The BCT will be closed at those times, with the detour using Low Road on Mill Hill as the Mt. Springs bypass.

A big welcome to the PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) who are teaching instructors this weekend on our trails.

Trail passes are required and can be purchased online at www.skiplain.com or in person at Plain Hardware. Plain Hardware also offer XC ski and snowshoe rentals, and has a full line XC shop.

Today's groomer were Rob D, Gus, and Jason.

Have fun out there!
