Groomer’s Report - 2/23/23


Good morning skiers! This morning we have a chilly 13 degrees at 10 AM, with some breezy wind, and full cloud cover. We've had a trace of new snow. The low was 10 and yesterday's high was 24. Trails are groomed for both skate and classic today. Both will be good.


Today's picture is of the 2023 Pacific Northwest Ski & Snowboard Association's (PNSA) XC ski team that was just selected to race at US Junior National Championships in Fairbanks,Alaska. Races will be held March 13th - 16th. Plain Valley Nordic Team qualified 12 skiers.


Don't forget to register for this years Tour de Plain, which will be a self timed (Webscorer) event held this coming weekend, February 25th - 27th. You can pick what day you race, or race more than once! Register here: https://www.skiplain.com/tourdeplain

Good morning skiers! As of 8:15 AM the temp is 32 degrees with light rain. No new snow over night. Due to soft conditions and our thin base we did not groom this morning. Most trails were last groomed
