Groomer’s Report - Wednesday 3/17/21

Trails were groomed last night for skate, and some fresh classic was also set.

We have switched to a “spring” grooming schedule which means we groom starting at 4 PM. This allows the snow to firm up overnight providing the best skiing for the following day. Unfortunately this means we must close the trails to skiing at 4 PM. Skiing on them in the evening after we groom ruins the trails for the following day.

The parking lot at Beaver Creek Trailhead is now closed for the season. Please do not park there or on the private driveway. It’s a mud bog and you may not make it out if you pull in there! We will work to improve that by next year.

Zach, today’s groomer.
