Good morning skiers! It's currently 35 degrees and sunny on the trails. Things set up nicely overnight with a low of 28. Yesterday's high was 45. All trails are groomed this morning for skate. Fresh classic grooming on Meadow Loop, Sprint Loop, and the BCT between Meadow Loop Trailhead and Hot Tub Hill. No classic set on the stretch between Hot Tub Hill and the Hitching Post.
The parking lot is closed at Beaver Creek Trailhead due to soft and muddy conditions in the lot. Use Clear Creek Trailhead as on option.
The 4th Annual Tour de Plain is going on today through the 12th. This QR code race (self timed) offers two distances and is a skate (aka freestyle) event. More info can be found at www.skiplain.com/tourdeplain
