Groomer’s Report - Friday, 12/4/20

Good morning, skiers! We have sunshine and fast snow today! It is currently 26 degrees. The overnight low was 17 and yesterday’s high was 33. The skating is looking pretty good today! Classic tracks are frozen in and in good shape. We still have early season/low coverage conditions, and limited trails open. The only trailhead open at this time is Beaver Creek, just past Stonewater Ranch. We have about 8 K’s groomed for skate and classic. It’s not perfect trails, but given how early it is I happy with how good the skiing is in spite of it not looking perfect. It is icy in spots and the platform is very frozen in, so please be careful.

Snowshoe trails are closed due to low snow, but we have some great ideas on places to snowshoe in the area, and snowshoe rentals are ready to go at Plain Hardware.

Our private lessons are up and running. Book on-line only at SkiPlain.com.

Have fun out there!
