Good morning, skiers! We have some great skiing out there today! The skate platform has been groomed this morning at 7 am, and is skiing well. We have early season conditions and low snow so ski carefully. The skate platform is very hard and can be icy in spots- ski carefully. The snow is fully transformed and roughed up with the Ginzu so there is a nice surface for skating. Classic tracks are frozen in well and skiing fast. A touch icy.
Only the trails accessed from Beaver Creek Trailhead are open. Trails in downtown Plain are closed due to low snow. Snowshoe trails are not yet open due to low snow.
