Groomer's Report - Saturday, 12/16/23

Good morning skiers! I'm just back from skiing the Beaver Creek Trail near Thousand Trails and conditions are looking good for both skate and classic! We had a low of 31 last night so the newly groomed snow is skating fast, and classic has a mix of old track (fast) and new track (a touch moe control). Groomed for skate and classic are the Beaver Creek Trail, Meadow Loop, Sprint Loop, and Clear Creek Loop. We have also groomed for skate this morning on Grizzly Mountain (a one direction trail - skate it clockwise). Mill Hill has fresh skate grooming from yesterday. Watch for a few low snow patches - the worst being Hot Tub Hill. The best snow condition are north of Mt. Springs Lodge. I'd pick skate today!

Trail passes are required and can be purchased at Plain Hardware www.plainhardware.com or online at www.skiplain.com

XC ski and snowshoe rentals are avaliable at Plain Hardware.

Today's groomers were Jason and Rob D.

Have fun out there!
