Groomer’s Report - Sunday 2/18/24

Good morning skiers! All trails are freshly groomed with a mix of the Snowcat and the Ginzu groomer today. We have farmed snow and covered the melt-out spot on Grizzly Mountain so it's skiing well today. Great view from the top so today's a great day for that summit! Some fresh classic here and there as needed. It is currently 29 degrees at 8 AM, light snow, and high overcast. Both skate and classic will be very good this morning. As it warms today the skating will get soft. Early bird gets the worm!

Trail passes are required and can be purchased at Plain Hardware or online at www.skiplain.com. Please have your pass showing while on the trails, or if you purchased a pass online, have your phone handy to show your e-ticket.

As I mentioned yesterday, the Plain Valley Nordic Team is racing at Mt. Spokane this weekend, and later today they will name the skiers who will go on to race at US Junior Nationals at Lake Placid in March. It's a big day for the team! Go PVN!

Grooming by Rob D and Jason.

Have fun out there!
