Good morning skiers! Trails have fresh skate grooming this morning with the Ginzu groomers. Classic was left from yesterday. It is currently 23 degrees at 9 AM. The low was 17 and yesterday's high was 39. The trails should stay firm for most of the day. Today's picture is from the BCT near Stonewater Loop. Good skating today.
We plan to groom through Sunday and then close the trails on Monday, March 11th. The base is getting thin in spots and as a result we have not be able to run the PB100 Snowcat and re-set classic track. All in all I think it's been a decent year in spite of the light snow and warm temps.
Trail passes are required and can be purchased at Plain Hardware or online at www.SkiPlain.com. Please make sure your pass is showing while on the trail or keep ou phone handy to show your e-ticket.
