Grooming Report... 12/21/2025

ree

We know that this hasn't been our typical winter and now that we finally have some snow on the ground, many people are itching to get out and ski, so today, we are offering a "Soft Opening" at the Meadow Loop Trailhead! We have the Meadow Loop, Meadow Loop Cut-Off and the Beaver Creek Trail just out to the turnaround at Mountain Springs Lodge groomed for both skate and classic.

We aren't going to pretend that it's perfect conditions, we are still needing colder temperatures and more snow, but we have done our best to give you a brief taste of the skiing to come.

We groomed late last night with Ginzu's to give the trails the longest amount of time to set up as possible. Temperatures hovered right around freezing last night, so the best conditions will be early in the morning before the temperatures rise. Use caution as there are thin spots, some water soaked spots and uneven terrain, but you will also find some really good areas out there too. The parking lot is covered in snow, so all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.

We are going to take it day by day, but for today, get out there and ski while you can. Our other trailheads and trails remain CLOSED as we wait for better conditions, so please stay on the trails we have groomed.

Early Season Day Passes are discounted to $15 and can be purchased here and as always, kids ski free, but they also need a pass.
