Grooming Report... 12/25/2025

MERRY CHRISTMAS from the Plain Valley Ski Trails!!! We are really encouraged by all of the support and positive feedback we are getting from you about being thankful just to be able to get out and ski.

It is currently snowing and temperatures last night hovered right around freezing. Grooming with the Ginzu's happened last night freshening up the skate and also adding some new classic on most of our open trails which are the Meadow Loop, Meadow Loop Cut-Offs and the Beaver Creek Trail out to the turnaround at Mountain Springs Lodge. The roughly 2" of new snow yesterday, really helped and should make for good skiing today, but be aware we are still in low snow conditions and trails may be uneven in places.

We continue to have the Meadow Loop Trailhead and Walk In Trailheads OPEN as the other trailheads will remain CLOSED until we get more snow. We did go out and roller packed and prepped the northern trails yesterday, but there are still wet areas and bare spots, so we will wait to open them.

The parking lot is covered in snow, so all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended and just a quick - Public Safety Announcement - If you happen to see anyone skiing in the parking lots, please kindly point them to the trails and for everyone's safety, let's keep the lots for the vehicles and the trails for the skiers.

Thank you again and we hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Early Season Day Passes are still discounted to $15 and only available online (Click Here) and as always, kids ski free, but they also need an online pass.
