Another Monday has snuck up on us and this one doesn't bring new snow, but it does bring temperatures that got down into the teens and partly sunny skies with highs expected to be in the mid 20's. All of that means that the skiing should still be really good.
The SnoCat spent it's time down in the Meadow and freshening up skate and setting some new classic in places that needed it. It also made passes on the Mill Hill Complex and worked some snow onto the thin spots of Cougar Run making that area much better.
Ginzu's were freshening up the skate lanes of everything north of Hot Tub Hill at Mountain Springs Lodge while leaving the classic from yesterday. Everything is still definitely passable, just be aware of thin spots on Hot Tub Hill, Rowdy Coyote Cutoff, the Hitching Post area and a couple of areas between there and Stonewater Loop.
Enjoy the skiing and the forecast is calling for the overnight temps to really plummet for the next few days, so there might be some modified grooming if that is the case.
