Grooming Report... 2/11/2025

pvst11

Brrrrr.... the cold front definitely here rolled in last night and will be here for the next couple of nights. Temperatures plummeted down to right around 0 degrees, so if you do brave these cold temps this morning, be sure to dress warm

The SnoCat with its nice heated cab was able to get out and groom the Meadow Loop, the Beaver Creek Trail out to Mountain Springs Lodge and the Sprint Loop, mainly focusing on the skate lanes, but setting some classic where needed.

The Beaver Creek Trail from Hot Tub Hill all the way out to the Clear Creek Turnaround was groomed for skate last night with Ginzu's before the temperatures dropped and a pass was also made on the Swamp Creek Loop.

Work was done yesterday to bring snow to the thin spots on Cougar Run which is looking much better, but still be aware of thin spots on Hot Tub Hill, the Hitching Post area and a few spots between there and Stonewater Loop.

While it will be cold this morning, it is expected to be sunny and warm up to the 20's and the skiing should still be great.
