Grooming Report... 2/17/2025

pvst11

Happy President's Day!!  Just a very light dusting of snow last night to go along with temperatures in the high 20's.  A slight chance of snow this morning, but mostly cloudy skies with temps in the mid 30's will greet you for this Holiday Monday. Things are still a little soft because of the fresh snow, but the skiing should still be fun.

The trails groomed up really nice with the new snow we got yesterday.  The SnoCat made its way over the whole trail system and set skate and classic on just about everything.  The Beaver Creek Trail is looking really great with the minor exception of thin spots on Hot Tub Hill and the Hitching Post area of Mountain Springs Lodge.  Grizzly Mountain, Chainsaw Ridge and Cougar Run got fresh skate passes and also benefited from the new snow we got yesterday.

Get out there and enjoy the last day of the Holiday Weekend and if you have kids with you, don't forget to check out the Fairy Forest down at the Meadow Loop Trailhead.

*Apologies for not having the report post yesterday. Because of the delayed groom, the report was sent using a phone and apparently it didn't actually publish and wasn't noticed until today. We know that's a big hit for you hard core collectors out there and we are sorry.*
