Another chilly morning with temperatures down around 10 degrees last night and they are expected to only get up to the mid 20's, which means that the skiing is going to continue to be great today.
We finally have our complete trail system open again as the SnoCat made skate passes on the entire Mill Hill Complex including Rowdy Coyote, Chainsaw Ridge, Cougar Run and Lumi Lane. Skate passes were also made on the Meadow Loop, the BCT out to Mountain Springs Lodge and Sprint Loop. The classic is holding up really well from yesterday, so it was left.
Most of the trails north of Mountain Springs Lodge were groomed for skate with Ginzu's while also leaving the classic from yesterday.
With the snow that we have received over the last few days, parking lots should feel back to normal, but be aware, there could still be spots of ice underneath the thin snow areas.
